Principal’s Message – March

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are looking forward to seeing all the pupils on Monday after their Easter break.

Below are some important details about the forthcoming return to school on Monday 12th April 2021:

All parents must complete the Return to Education Form in respect of children returning to school after the holidays. This form will be emailed to you.

We want to remind all parents of the importance of not congregating at or near the school.

All communication with the school must take place by phoning the office during office hours or via email stpeters@dromiskinns.ie

Please familiarise yourself with our COVID-19 Response Plan and Policy which is located on our school website.

Do not send children to school if:
they are close contacts of a person with COVID-19, are awaiting a test or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
they are identified by the HSE as a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19 or if they live with someone who has symptoms of the virus.
they have travelled outside of Ireland; in such instances parents/guardians are advised to consult and follow latest Government advice in relation to foreign travel.
Please continue to cooperate with any public health officials and the school for contact tracing purposes and follow any public health advice in the event of a case or outbreak in the school.
Please ensure that you take the time to reinforce the key public health safety messages with your child prior to the return on Monday. We want to thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards,

Aoibheann Lynch & all the staff
