The children in 4th, 5th and 6th classes recently elected representatives to the newly-formed Green Schools Committee. Places were hotly contested and the presentation by all candidates was an exceptionally high standard. Well done to everyone for participating and ideas put forward will be discussed by the committee at our first meeting.
Our first priority will be to arrange a Celebration Day for hoisting the 9th Green Flag for Global Citizenship Travel which we received last term.
Congratulations to the children elected and I am looking forward to working with you on our 10th Green Flag for Global Citizenship Food and Diversity.
