The name of our school is Saint Peter’s N.S., Dromiskin.

Our school’s name in Irish is Scoil Naomh Peadar, Droimineasclainn.  The principal of our school is Mr. Mulligan. Former principals of St. Peter’s are Jim Morgan (1957 – 1987) and Gertie Mc Gee (1987 – 2004). Dromiskin  is a small  village situated in Co. Louth, and most of our pupils come from the parish. There are almost 200 pupils in our school (more girls than boys), and there are 10 teachers, 2 male and 8 female. Other people working here are our secretary Anne, Special Needs Assistants Geraldine, Carmel and Joanne, and Noeleen and Julie who clean the school. There are 7 classrooms in our school.
