·      Children from Junior Infants and Senior Infants play in the play area.

·      There is an area of tarmac in the play area to play on when the grass is wet.

·      The Infants are supervised by a teacher as they play.

·      There are approximately fifty-four children in the play area each day.

·      All children in the play area play games such as football, catch or they play with sand.

·      There is a big fence around the play area so the children stay safe.

·      There are evergreen trees in the play area and sometimes children find cones from the trees.

·      The children from the play school play in the play area too.
