Peter Kearney Visit

One of the highlights of the 2007 school year was the excellent Peter Kearney school concert. Mr. Kearney, from Australia, performed nine of his own compositions accompanied by the pupils of St. Peter’s from Infants to Sixth. The children of all the classes learned these songs in the weeks prior to Mr. Kearney’s arrival. As well as singing they clapped, did actions and Sixth Class performed on a selection of percussion instruments provided by Mr. Kearney.
