Another valuable addition to the school was the installation of our Living Larder on Friday April 19th 2013. It comes complete with three shelves and its own rain water collecting system with two water butts attached at the sides. Each shelf holds three grow bags. Second, Fourth and Fifth classes have planted out the grow bags with the likes of lettuce, parsley, mint, rosemary and strawberries. Most of the vegetables and herbs thrive with loads of TLC and plenty of water. The young plants are thinned out as they grow bigger
